A collection of moments, visits, and small happenings from the project as it unfolds.

Wednesday 15th October
Hannah and Chris made an impromptu visit, with Chris offering delicious traditional Manaki: sweet hot chocolate (served in uncollected student work from Jack Tilson’s Wood-Fired Pottery School), baked kūmara, and freshly foraged weeds!

Wednesday 12th November
Kristan larsen plays with ancient smartphone (forgaged during Adam’s winter 2020 residency with the Negative Emissions and Waste Studies Program (NEWS) and Chris Berthelsen), bucket lid and marbles!

Thursday 20th November
The Resourceful Makers in Residence take a tour of Tipping Point Recycling Shop and Waitākere Refuse and Recycling Transfer Station. Many thanks to Martin Smith for generous manaaki and taking the time to organise and host our visit.
