Then we started playing the Classic game of snake and had the kids devise new rules for how to play. In this iteration, there are four player snake – each player controls one direction of snake. They have to work as a team to control the snake.

This evolved into relay snake – whereby the four buttons to control are on a table, your team is stood in a row behind a line and you take turns running up and pushing one button, back of the line, as soon as the person has pushed a button the next person can run up and push a button. Reqires attention and careful co-ordination as a team.

Evolved into Blind Relay Snake! Same concept as before but this time the person pushing the button has to have their eyes closed and the rest of the team has to communicate with them when to push the button.
Other icebreakers included; Multi player poetry slam – connect as many e-waste keyboards as possible to one computer and try to write collective poems together
